What this notice covers
This notice describes welloramd.com and the LIVE TEST MODE application at app.welloramd.com as they are currently configured. A future clinical intake or patient portal will require its own approved privacy notices and safeguards before launch.
Live test application
The test application stores fictional .test identities, 555 phone numbers, synthetic workflow status, test messages, audit events, and simulated $0 payment events so reviewers can exercise the product. It uses short-lived test-session cookies and does not accept card numbers, bank accounts, passwords, medical histories, prescriptions, laboratory results, insurance information, or real-looking contact details. Do not enter real information even if a control appears available.
The private care preview
Preview selections remain in the browser tab while the page is open. The page does not send, save, or place those selections in a URL, cookie, analytics event, email, or server request. Reloading or leaving the page clears them.
Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting and security services supporting this site may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, timestamps, and security events. This information is not used by the care preview to make a medical or eligibility decision.
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send. Standard email is not the place for symptoms, diagnoses, medications, lab results, photos, or other medical information. Please use email only for general, non-medical questions until a secure clinical channel is available.
Future clinical services
WellOraMD will not use the public website or live test application as a substitute for a protected clinical intake. Before clinical services open, the secure platform, applicable privacy notices, consent language, vendor agreements, access controls, and retention practices must be finalized.
